PDI Coordinator

  • Responsible in the co-coordinating of work involved in the operations of Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI)
  • Administer, in proper order, all PDI documentations in areas of Job cards, Invoices, warranty claims, creation of purchase orders and GRNs.
  • Assign and monitor of PDI work by Technicians.
  • Liaise with contractors for the necessary PDI work to be performed.
  • Performing of quality checks on PDI work by Technicians and contractors.
  • Ensure the quality of new cars be at levels meeting customer expectations andensuring customer satisfaction at delivery.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to Sales personnel at point of delivery.
  • Liaise for outstanding PDI work to be performed (if any) after delivery.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


  • At least NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years' relevant PDI experience preferred.
