  • Achieve a weekly / monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of sales meetings and new accounts.
  • Achieve an annual set of Revenue Targets.
  • Maintain responsibility of selected key accounts.
  • Be proactive with locating new business through the appropriate media/channels
  • Negotiate effectively to achieve an overall high ADR.
  • Proactively drive revenue and secure business.
  • Ensure efficient administration of the department is taking place to support all sales activities.
  • Optimize room utilization by assessing the demand and supply for accommodation.
  • Manage special projects under the direction of Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Cross sell F&B and Meetings/sisters properties for leads

  • Degree in Business or Hospitality or the equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a similar capacity of hotel or serviced apartments provider
