Regional Sales Manager

  • To lead and effectively manage the sales team to ensure Sales Targets are met in line with organizational objectives
  • Effective communications with team members on job expectation and share knowledge with members from time to time, especially on sales strategies / actions that can give impact to sales outcome
  • To ensure regular visit and briefing is done with dealers from time to time to keep them informed of the current and upcoming sales campaigns
  • Responsible for channel expansion by mapping potential customers and secure new accounts in order to generate new leads for sales growth of the organization.
  • Conduct continuous market intelligence and competitor analysis to ensure always one step ahead of competitors
  • To develop accurate Sales Forecast with Key Accounts for sustainable growth in business.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the sales team’s funnel forecast on weekly basis and take appropriate actions on a timely basis to meet or exceeds targets.
  • Manage Key Channel/Key Account PSI, in order to maintain healthy stock level while anticipating opportunities for sell in.
  • To build strong rapport, promote brand and product to authorized dealers.
  • Responsible in monthly AR collections of the team.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership skills and able to drive sales team to go extra miles
  • Able to demonstrate proven sales track records with minimum 8 years sales and marketing experience
