  • Plan, schedule and assign repair and automotive paint jobs of automotive-body workers/painters.
  • Supervise and participate in the repair and painting of damaged vehicles and equipment, including frame straightening and alignments.
  • Plan, purchase and distribution of diagnostic equipment and special tools.
  • Supervises the purchase and inventory of necessary supplies and equipment and the maintenance and care of all tools and equipment.
  • Provide support to workshop on matters related to product and repair technology with information, advice and practical assistance when necessary.
  • Collate and prepare report product problems according to Principal guidelines and follow-up closely for a solution.
  • Prepare estimates of damaged vehicles and maintains accurate records.
  • Conduct monthly audit review of the warranty processing and parts replacement
  • Support Workshop Foreman to oversee workshop operation.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing Department in the preparation of launch and press cars together with the retail operation.
  • Assist and support Customer Service Advisors to conduct vehicle inspection checks and provide technical advice.
  • Ensure workplace safety and tidiness.
  • Plan & coordinate closely with Training Manager to schedule relevant technical training to upgrade technicians’ skills competency.
  • Support Parts Department to list down & outsource required parts to reduce vehicle downtime.

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years’ experience in supervisory role working in a vehicle workshop environment
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
